1. General

Using the website Zarrin Hoor, ordering services and buying digital products means you accept these terms.

2. Ordering services

• The scope, schedule and cost of each project are set out in the contract or invoice.
• Work begins after the initial design is approved and the deposit is paid.
• Ownership of the website and its source code transfers to the client after full payment.

3. Digital products & licenses

• Buying a product grants the right to use it under its license type — not ownership of the intellectual property.
• Reselling or redistributing the source code is not allowed.
• Updates are free for the period stated on the product page.
• Domain or device changes are made from your account, within the license limit.

4. Refunds

If a product does not match its description and support cannot fix the issue, the payment is refunded within 7 days of purchase and the license is deactivated.

5. Privacy

Your name, phone, email and license domain are used only to provide services, send receipts and support you, and are never sold to third parties. We never store your card details.
